Keto-Friendly Cottage Cheese Bake Recipe 🍳

Base

  • 250 g of cottage cheese, ricotta, or curd cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • A pinch of salt

Filling

  • 25 g of cheese of your choice (cheddar, mozzarella, or gouda work great!)
  • 50 g of smoked ham, diced
  • 25 g of mushrooms, sliced
  • Half a fresh tomato, sliced
  • A sprinkle of oregano

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Base

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth.

2️⃣ Bake

  • Spread the mixture evenly in a small baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden and set.

3️⃣ Add the Cheese

  • Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the cheese of your choice over the top. Place it back into the oven for 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt beautifully.
